Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract. It starts a conversation about possible work. Any project is subject to a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timing and deliverables.
Response times
I aim to respond as quickly as possible during working hours. Actual response times vary with availability and enquiry volume, and no specific response or delivery time is guaranteed.
Cost reviews
Infrastructure reviews identify possible inefficiencies in your current setup. Any potential saving depends entirely on your existing services and is not guaranteed.
Complimentary design offer
This complimentary design offer is available for qualifying new clients and projects, subject to scope, availability, and reasonable revisions. The offer is limited, applies once per new client, and has no cash alternative.
